Tailgating Tips from Lincoln’s Favorite Car Wash

Nebraska football is back.

Sure, the season is already in question. But what else is new. We have grown numb to the pain of defeat, and we will continue to cheer week after week, regardless of the outcome.

Kool-Aid is red, after all.

Anyway, here’s some tailgating tips from Lincoln’s favorite car wash.

People will notice. We’ve got 7 locations around Lincoln.

If driving from Omaha, our 27th and Superior location is on the way to Memorial.

Pack a small bin with tongs, spatulas, bottle opener, toothpicks, koozies, trash bags, paper towels, bungee cords, wet wipes, poncho, sunscreen, sandwich bags, duct tape, backup salt. Just leave this in your car.

That way, your friends can easily find you. And food.

And bring a speaker. That way you don’t have to drain your car’s battery or blow its speakers from blaring the Tunnel Walk for 3 hours straight.

If you don’t have bags or ladder golf or can jam or any other tailgate game, bring a football.

When the game’s over, you’ll have a cold, necessary, thirst-quenching drink for the ride home.

Come back and see us. Why not. Plus, you can vacuum out your car and clean your mats and all that.
