SALES ADVISOR
JetSplash sales advisors are the first point of contact with our customers. They help process customer vehicles efficiently, while offering excellent customer service. Main objectives include selling services that best fit customers' needs.
Other duties include:
Greet customers, assess their vehicle and offer products/services that best suit their car washing needs.
Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.
Sell memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products/services.
Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
Answering the phone – taking messages or directing the call to the correct department.
Clear communication with other team members.
Promptly handle any membership management questions/problems that may arise.
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of point-of-sale office.
Complete daily greeter opening/closing duties.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) performing advanced-level general building & equipment maintenance and repairs. This can include:
Electrical (both 3 phase and control)
Plumbing and HVAC
Pneumatics
Car wash chemistry
Cat 5 phone system (cat5) cables
Ensuring machinery/mechanical equipment are functioning at optimal levels by planning and performing preventative maintenance
Implementing new technology launches
Partner closely with management, to address maintenance needs in a way that is aligned with business and production
Work independently; demonstrate a high sense of urgency while also setting an example and providing coaching and training
SITE MANAGER
The Site Manager serves as a member of the management team directly under ownership and is responsible for running a single location. The manager will lead a team of employees with the main goal of always providing an exceptional and enjoyable experience for the customer. The main duties of a manager will be staff development, overseeing operation efficiency, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Managers will be accountable for upholding the brand image of JetSplash in all aspects at their site.
Scope of Work:
