Why JetSplash Is Switching to a New Water Repellent System

Why JetSplash Is Switching to a New Water Repellent System

At JetSplash, we're constantly testing products and looking for ways to improve the final result for our customers. This summer, we're making a change that many customers may never see—but they'll definitely notice. We're transitioning from a traditional drying agent to a new water repellent technology at our locations.

What's the Difference?

Many car washes use oil-based drying agents to help water move off the vehicle's surface. While effective, these products can sometimes contribute to spotting as they dry. After extensive testing, we found that a water repellent system simply produced better results.

Why We Made the Switch

The new water repellent offers several advantages:

  • Oil-free formula

  • Improved water beading

  • Reduced spotting

  • Even better compatibility with our hand-drying process

Most importantly, it leaves vehicles looking cleaner when they leave the wash.

Better Chemistry. Better Results.

The average customer may never know which products are being applied throughout the tunnel. What they do notice is the final result. They notice when their vehicle looks cleaner. They notice when there are fewer spots. They notice when the finish feels smoother and stays looking better longer.

That's why we test, evaluate, and continuously improve every part of our process.

Constant Improvement

At JetSplash, we're never satisfied with "good enough." Whether it's new equipment, improved technology, or better wash chemistry, we're always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. This new water repellent system is just the latest example of that commitment.

Because when you're striving to deliver the best wash in town, every detail counts.
