JetSplash is not a franchise. We were born in Lincoln. And we’re only in Lincoln. And since we opened in 2003, we’ve washed nearly 6 million cars. Yeah, 6 million.

With 6 million cars comes countless experience. So what have we learned? Well, definitely a thing or 2… or 6 million…

We know a thing or 6 million about CARS.

Cars get sleeker and more sophisticated designs with each new model year. New body types. New curves and angles. And lots of new nooks, crannies and hard-to-clean areas. When car manufacturers consider a new design, they don’t think about how that design will work when going through a car wash tunnel. Truth be told, even the best car wash equipment can have difficulty scrubbing those new hard-to-reach areas. 

At JetSplash, we understand that—which is why our prep staff is specifically trained to pre-treat those hard-to-clean areas. Think wheel wells. Inside of your side mirrors. Door handles. Etc. By prepping those places before you enter the wash, we ensure you’ll get a 100% clean car every time.

We know a thing or 6 million about SOAP.

Soap selection is critical to wash quality. Did you know the soap we use here in Lincoln wouldn’t have the same effectiveness if it were used in a car wash in Florida or California? Geography, climate and other factors must all be considered when crafting the perfect car wash.

And since JetSplash is not a franchise and ONLY in Lincoln, we’ve had 17 years to determine which combination of soaps are ideal for Lincoln’s climate. When it comes to soap, we’re no dopes.

We know a thing or 6 million about BUGS.

We’re no entomologists. But when it comes to eliminating bugs from your car, we’ve got it down to a science. JetSplash has a 100% Bug-Free Guarantee, and we take the necessary steps to get all the bugs off the first time:

• STEP 1: We spray your car with our special bug slime. It targets bugs and breaks down the proteins left behind that can damage your clear coat if not removed.

• STEP 2: We hand-prep the bugs off of the grill, windshield and mirrors—as well as your side windows that the bugs splatter on when they hit the mirror. That area is nearly impossible for wash equipment to clean.

• STEP 3: Finally, we inspect your vehicle on our finishing end. If we missed any stubborn bugs, we will quickly rewash your vehicle making sure you leave bug-free.

Lincoln gets lots of bugs in the summer. So a Monthly Membership might make sense to keep them off your car.

We know a thing or 6 million about the pH SCALE.

Acids. Bases. Milk of magnesia. Yes, that pH scale. As we’ve worked to create the perfect car wash, we’ve learned the importance of multiple rinses and varying pH levels throughout the wash. 

When you drive around, your car picks up Sulphur compounds, grease, salt, bugs, bird poop and other soils. Left untreated, this can slowly chip away at your car’s clearcoat. Low pH soap/water helps remove the non-organic stuff (salt/sand) and high pH soap/water helps remove the organic stuff (bugs/bird poop).

At JetSplash, we consider these factors for our wash process. Plus, we include a final rinse during the wash to bring your car’s pH levels down—making for a much smoother wash compared to typical 1-rinse car washes.

We know a thing or 6 million about HAND TOWELS.

We use them after every wash. Because a JetSplash wash isn’t complete until it receives a hand-towel finish by our staff. This allows us to inspect your vehicle to make sure it is absotootly 100% clean. We’re able to dry any residual moisture that remains on your car—plus, we wipe areas that the dryers can’t reach (back of SUVs under the rear spoiler, underneath windshield wipers, under ‘04 Honda Civic spoilers, etc.). We know all the spots water likes to hide. And we know how annoying water spots are. So we dry it all! We also get the majority of the water that comes out of all the nooks and crannies (tailgates, mirrors, doors).

If you want to take it a step further, you can even eliminate every last drop of water by using our free air at our vacuum stations.
